HOW SOON DO ITEMS TYPICALLY SHIP?
Our goal is to ship your items within 1 or 2 days of us confirming your order.
THE PRODUCT I WANT SAYS "CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE" ON PRODUCT PAGE?
While our products on our online shop are "standard" - we still want to give you choices. If you see the "currently unavailable " message and you're unable to add the product to your cart - you've likely need to select a slightly different combo.
An example is our Sheer handrail that mount to walls. If you select a tapered face - it will say unavailable. Simply select N/A (there's no outer "face" on this fitting) and your product will be available. Still confused? Contact us for trouble-shooting.
CAN I USE THIS SITE AS AN ESTIMATING TOOL?
No - we wouldn't recommend this.
All items on this online shop have been standardized to offer you best pricing and fastest delivery.
As we note in our Terms & Conditions- we can accommodate custom (it’s in our name after all!) but would require customized unit price and lead times. Even a slight change in fastener lengths would likely result in a price increase.
Additionally pricing may fluctuate due to fluctuation of material prices. If you are using this as a pricing tool for purchases to be made more than 30 days in the future – it is recommended you confirm the price with our sales team prior to doing so.
