By accessing this website (the “Site”) and any of its pages, you acknowledge your agreement with, and your understanding of these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Site. These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time.
This Site is owned and operated by STELLA CUSTOM GLASS HARDWARE INC. (the “Company”), a company incorporated in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
On the Site all:
- Details and product photos are typical and subject to change – please confirm dimensions with the Company prior to relying on them or commencing work
- Product information (including, but not limited to suggested glass thickness, glass sizes, applications, loading capacities) is subject to engineer’s approval
- Stella does not warrant that the products quoted or supplied meet your design intent. You are responsible for ensuring the components or systems are suitable and fit for the purpose.
- Pricing may fluctuate due to fluctuation of material prices. If you are using this as a pricing tool for purchases to be made more than 30 days in the future – it is recommended you confirm the price with sales team prior to placing your order.
- Pricing on this site is based on standard choices offered. Stella can accommodate custom (it’s in our name after all!) but would require customized unit price and lead times. Even a slight change in fastener lengths would likely result in a price increase - this is key to note if you're using this pricing to estimate for a job.

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors (including typographical errors) or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of the Site or the content.

RETURN POLICY
Items must be shipped back to Stella Warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order at the expense of customer.
Returns will only be accepted on goods that are received undamaged, in good condition and re-sellable.
Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment.
Items are subject to 20% restock fee based on invoiced prices.
If you place a new order within two weeks that’s above the value of restock fee; email us to let us know. We will refund the stocking fee that was deducted from your refund.
There will be a $25 per tool fee for each tool not returned in its original condition
Stella is not liable for damage to parts in shipping back to us.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
(Where applicable and as offered on your order) Payment is required within 30 days of invoice. Interest at the rate of 2% per month will be charged on late payments.
COPYWRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire contents of the Site (including the “feel and look” of the Site) are the exclusive property of the Company, and no part of the Site, including any content downloaded from it, may be copied or reproduced in any way without the written permission of the Company.
However, you may download content or print any pages from this Site for the purposes of proposing, considering or specifying the Company’s products or services for any project, and for any personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright notices.

THE COMPANY'S GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT AND PRODUCT WARRANTIES
- All products supplied by the Company are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Architects, engineers, installers and building owners should employ the services of a locally registered and suitably qualified engineer to evaluate the Company’s products for your specific project or application.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Customer and building owner(s) to determine the suitability of the Company’s products for each intended application. The Customer assumes all risk and liability in connection with the use, or the inability to use any of the Company’s products.
- All the Company’s products and materials sold are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Company’s product specifications, publications and quotations. All technical information, statements and recommendations regarding such products are based on tests and examinations believed to be reliable, but the Company neither guarantees nor warrants their accuracy or completeness.
- To the exclusion of all other remedies, the Company warrants and agrees to replace, or at its sole option, to refund the purchase price of that portion of any product supplied by the Company which is proven upon inspection, within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt, that such product is defective in material or workmanship. No salesperson, agent, employee or representative of the Company has any authority to enlarge or change the terms of the warranty.
- In no event will the Company be responsible for any special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or loss, including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, economical losses and loss of use, whether statutory or based on theories of contract or tort.
- There are no other agreements, understandings, representations or warranties, expressed or implied, including any regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no instance will the Company’s liability exceed the invoice value for the goods ordered.
PROTECTION, CLEANING, AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Protection
Protect parts from contamination by ferrous metals and cement-based materials during installation and avoid cutting or drilling ferrous metal near installed parts as this will cause permanent staining. Prevent rubbing against other parts or any hard surfaces as this will cause permanent scratch marks.
2. Cleaning
All metal components to be cleaned with clean soapy water and rinsed off with clean water after installation and at least annually thereafter.
Only soft cloths should be used for cleaning. No abrasive materials including wire wool and abrasive paper or cloth is to be used in the cleaning of any component.
No solvents or degreasers are to be used in the cleaning of any components.
In the event that the parts have light marks or scratches on #4 finished parts, Scotch-Brite™ Green General Purpose Scouring Pads or similar can be used provided rubbing is in the direction of the scratch finish.
Removal of rust marks caused by air borne ferrous metals can be removed with the use of “GreenOne” pickling paste from WeldCo Supplies Ph# 1-604-701-6533 applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Anodized aluminum is to be cleaned by wiping down the surface with a damp sponge to remove general surface dirt. Spray with a high pressure rinse. Squeeze one or two drops of mild dishwashing detergent into a cup of water. Apply the soapy water to an abrasive non metallic sponge and scrub the aluminum vigorously. Rinse the an surface with clean water and then dry it with a dry cloth.
If painted, use a solution of mild detergent and water, or a mild commercial cleaner whose label says it is safe for painted surfaces. Always rinse off solution. Wipe off excess water with a dry cloth.
