Refunds and Returns
Return Process:
- Items must be shipped back to Stella Warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order at the expense of customer in its original, unused condition.
- Please include the copy of the Sales Invoice provide in the original shipment
- Ship to: Attn. Returns - Unit 105 – 8218 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC, V3N 0E9
- Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment.
Items are subject to 30% restock fee based on invoiced prices.
Stella is not liable for damage to parts in shipping back to us.
